Good location. Nice view. Spacious room.
The rubber mat needed a good scrubbing or better yet replaced.

The room was neat and clean, and the linens were fresh.
The bathroom and shower was great.
When we arrived, there was no live person there. I could not access my email and couldn't access the codes to enter the floor to my room. We called and eventually someone answered. Eventually, I did access WhatsApp to obtain the codes. This was frustrating and not ideal after a long journey.
The air conditioning was weak and the room was too hot most of the time.

Great location, lovely view from balcony, nice and quiet
Cleaner told me wrong information about trains, said there definitely wasn’t one to Albufeira and there was.
