Very nice for a weekend getaway

Lovely location, very comfortable beds and couches, dock was very clean and spacious. The house was very clean and decorated nicely. Wonderful large windows to enjoy the view.

The refrigerator is too large for the space and unbalanced so it was hard to get things in and out of it. (Super nice fridge though!) Little back patio area could use some TLC

Highly disappointing and dangerous!

The location and view were beautiful.

We are only being refunded 1/2 our cleaning fee for the following: The deck rail corner turns is only held together by a single screw, and the outer bottom board is loose. My husband almost fell off the deck because of this. The hot tub may have been "serviced" (they said); however, the pine needles were resting at the bottom and at the bottom of the seat until we turned the spa on. After turning the spa on, it would not turn off again. Not only that, but the filters needed to be replaced. We were unable to use the main feature we used for our search when booking. The floors were unswept and cobwebs were everywhere. Filthy BBQ utensils! To say that this was a disappointment is an understatement. I'm extremely disappointed in the way Customer Service has handled this situation. I would love to attach photos of all of this!

Perfect way to spend Spring break!

This lake house had everything we wanted! We loved the hot tub, boats, fire pit, grill, and beautiful view from the deck and inside the house. We also appreciated the toys and games!
