Staff was amazing and very attentive, room was very clean.
What I didn’t like was the selection of alcohol at the bars specifically the premium bars I didn’t think it was premium.

Since the moment my bestfriend and I arrived we were treated like royalty. It was the most special we have ever felt in any resort we have ever been to. It was my bestfriends bachelorette and they were kind enough to bring us champagne and put a sign on our door. It was so sweet and thoughtful. The staff was incredible!!! 10/10 they were always ready and willing to help us no matter what. VIP Service was amazing. Some of the staff that stood out to us were Julio Rodriguez, Greta, and Jose. However the rest of the staff was also fantastic! We will definitely be recommending this resort to our family and friends! Food was also 10/10!

Me and my girlfriends reserved the beach area of the resort in January, when we arrived at the resort they told us the beach area was closed and we were being relocated to the main resort area. I think the biggest frustration was there was no communication prior to arrival. Half the restaurants (the ones at the beach area) were closed, so that was a big bummer. We ended up staying at one of the swim up suites and the rooms were large, high ceilings and really beautiful. The bathrooms felt luxurious as well. The restaurants were alright, Portofino, the Italian restaurant was my favorite. Shuttle device to the beach did not run according to schedule and you would get different answers from everyone. Staff at the restaurants were great. Spa was pretty, was a bit bummed bc my reservation said it came with. Spa service but it was just 15 minutes in the hydrotherapy area. Overall the resort was okay, room was beautiful, service pretty good. Communication was poor.
