About this apartment rental
This exclusive 2-room terrace apartment is located on the 4th floor of the “Südwind” apartment building in a very quiet area. The apartment is accessible by elevator. From the terrace, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view through the dune forest to the Baltic Sea. The Baltic Sea is a 3-minute walk away. The Achterwasser, bakeries, and various restaurants are within easy walking distance.
The apartment comes with its own parking space. Residents have shared access to the children’s playground and a covered bike rack.
In the basement, there are 2 coin-operated washers and 2 coin-operated dryers, as well as the communal pool and sauna.
Please note that the vacation rental is generally rented without bed linens and towels. (Pillows and beds are provided.) Linen packages can be booked for a fee.
Please note that only basic supplies of toilet paper, soap, dish soap, kitchen towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, and trash bags, etc., are provided.
To issue visitor registration cards, we must request the names, dates of birth, and places of residence of all travelers separately. If this information is not provided, the reservation will unfortunately have to be canceled.

We had an excellent experience with this Ferienwhonung.
Very practical, comfortable and exactly as described.
We enjoyed our time here and also the private pool and sauna on the few rainy days we had. The access to the beach is very close by
We definitely will book this place again in our future trips to the Ostsee

Die stilvoll geflegte Ferienwohnung ist einfach ein Traum. Nicht nur das geschmackvolle Ambiente sondern auch die ruhige Lage inmitten der Natur und der kurze Weg zum Strand tragen zur Erholung bei.Sauna und Schwimmbad im Keller bieten auch an Schlechtwettertagen ein Urlaubsvergnügen.
Zempin ist für uns schon seit Jahren ein sehr erholsames Fleckchen an der Ostsee und wird in Zukunft durch diese Ferienwohnung einregelmäßiges Feriendomizil bleiben.
