In Strandnähe, ruhige Lage, Bäcker um die Ecke, Innenstadt gut zu Fuß mit kleinem Spaziergang zu erreichen, Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, Küche klein und einfach eingerichtet. Positiv: Tiefgaragenstellplatz
