This beautiful, bright, one-story condo located in the luxurious Ritz Pointe community in Dana Point is the perfect vacation getaway for up to 4 adults. It's located next to the Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort and near The Ritz-Carlton Hotel. It's a 20-minute walk across the amazing Monarch Beach Resort Golf Course to the beautiful Monarch Beach and Salt Creek Beach.
The unit features a covered entry area, living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, patio/balcony area, an assigned covered carport next to the unit, and access to the community Club House, which is located across the street from the unit, and ocean-view spa.
The living room is equipped with comfy furniture to lounge in and catch up on your favorite TV news, shows, and movies. The kitchen is equipped with all appliances, tools, and gadgets perfectly organized for the chef's delight. The kitchen and dining room setup has been designed for convenient and trouble-free entertaining.
Each bedroom features a queen-size bed, 2 nightstands, black-out drapes, large TV, and walk-in closet.
Each bathroom features a walk-in shower with overhead and hand-held shower heads. The main bath also features grab bars in 3 different places for your safety and convenience.
There is a large coat closet by the front door; a hall closet with plenty of wash clothes, hand towels, bath towels, bath sheets, and bath mats; and a linen closet in the secondary bedroom's closet.
Patio doors allow access to a large and beautiful balcony/patio directly from the living room, kitchen & main bedroom. There is patio furniture for relaxation, meals, or a glass of wine out in the sun. Although it's rarely needed because Dana Point's all-year-around almost-perfect weather, the unit is equipped with new air conditioning and heater units.
Enjoy your vacation time at its fullest in our Ritz Pointe 24/7 guard-gated community with pool, jacuzzi, gym equipment & ping pong table. As a guest of our condo, you will have an assigned carport next to the unit; and there is open visitor parking throughout the community for additional vehicles. Water, gas, electricity, sewer, trash pickup, and internet services are included.

The condo is exactly as it looks in the pictures and even better. It is immaculate and stocked with everything you need. Comfortable beds, great location, enjoyed the jacuzzi overlooking the ocean. We really enjoyed our stay and we’ll definitely be back!

Over the years we have used VRBOS in our travels throughout the USA and other parts of the world. The places have always been nice and in the 4 to 5 star range. We can truthfully say that this Condo is a solid 5 star property. It was decorated superbly. It was very comfortable and it was in a good location. What puts this property above the others is that it had everything you would ever need during your stay. Starting in the kitchen, it was stocked with all the pots, pans, cooking utensils, and silerware, plates and glasses (normal and wine). The bathroom vanity in each of the two bathrooms was stocked with a new tube of toothpaste, toothbrush, Q tips, shaving cream, razor, makeup removers, band-aids and other things. TVs were in each bedroom and the living room. The whole place was decorated to the nines (younger generations - look that up!). It came with covered parking for your car, in close proximity to the Condo. The security people at the gate were professional and friendly. The only negative was the space in the shower/toilet room in the master (oops - main!) bedroom was very tight.The Condo is not far from the beach and shopping, and is fairly close to Dana Point, Laguna Beach and Newport Beach. Overall, we were very happy to have stayed at this VRBO.Ron M.May 27th to June 1st, 2026
