The “Apartmenthaus Atlantik” apartment complex in Kühlungsborn offers vacation apartments right on the beach: In this Upstalsboom 3-room premium apartment, kbat211, three people can enjoy their vacation on the Baltic Sea in a 52-square-meter space featuring a balcony with a sea view.
Location
The vacation rental is located on the 2nd floor on the north side of the complex—right on the beach and close to the marina in Kühlungsborn.
Amenities
The apartment features 2 bedrooms—one with a double bed and one with a single bed—both with laminate flooring and facing the inner courtyard; the living area, equipped with a TV, hi-fi system, and DVD player, has tile flooring.
The apartment includes a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, microwave, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso capsule coffee machine, as well as a dishwasher, a mini-safe, and an iron with an ironing board. We can provide a high chair and a crib—the latter of which can be placed in the master bedroom—for a fee and upon request.
Special Features
This non-smoking vacation apartment is particularly suitable for people with allergies thanks to its special mattresses and comforters, and pets are not allowed. The bathroom is equipped with underfloor heating.
You can rent a bathrobe for a fee at our service office upon request. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Unschlagbar schön ist natürlich der Ausblick auf das Meer vom Wohnzimmer der Ferienwohnung.
Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bäcker sind fußläufig zu erreichen, dass Auto steht gut geparkt in der Tiefgarage.

Seit vielen Jahren nehmen wir uns mehrmals im Jahr eine Auszeit im Apartmenthaus Atlantik. Wir lieben Kühlungsborn, wo wir bereits bei der Schlüsselübergabe aufs herzlichste als Stammgäste begrüßt werden. Parkplatzsuche ist kein Thema, denn wir haben ja einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Dann in der Wohnung zuerst das Panoramafenster mit direktem Blick auf die Seebrücke geöffnet und die Welt ist in Ordnung! In der Wohnung ist alles, was man benötigt und noch Vieles darüber hinaus. Wir werden auf jeden Fall immer wiederkommen!

Sehr sehr positiv "aufgefallen" ist das Team im "Upstalsboom Servicebüro Ost" ! Wir kamen 5Minuten verspätet nach der offiziellen Schliesszeit an einem Freitag an und wurden sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend empfangen.

Nun zur Unterkunft:
Die U-förmige Anlage mit innenliegenden schneeweißen Laubengängen hat im Hof einen kleinen Meermaid-Springbrunnen mit Fischen und mutet richtig schön idyllisch an.
Unser Appartment hatte (hat) eine fantastische Aussicht auf die Seebrücke. Ein Aufzug fuhr direkt bis in die Tiefgarage. Der dem Appartement zugehörige feste Stellplatz ist etwas "schwierig" da er direkt am Ende liegt und schon etwas Rangieren erfordert.
Die Ausstattung des Appartements ist soweit gut...einzig einen Kapselheber :) suchten wir erfolglos. Positiv fiel die Grösse des Kühlschrankes auf...er hat "normales" Haushaltsmaß...ist so auch ned immer anzutreffen.
Das Schlafzimmer hat einen begehbaren beleuchteten Kleiderschrank.
Leider gibt es auch einige Kritikpunkte...die Zimmer haben Lamellenvorhänge die im Falle der zum dauerbeleuchteten Laubengang liegenden Schlafzimmer nicht gut gegen das Licht abdunkeln. Im Wohnbereich sind die Lamellenvorhänge nicht lichtecht und ziemlich "ausgelutscht" und bieten keinen ausreichenden Sichtschutz mehr.
Hier würden Plisseerollos eine echte optische und praktische Aufwertung darstellen. Im Schlafbereich sollten es aber unbedingt lichtechte sein.
Der Entertainmentbereich mutet etwas gebastelt an...Leider war das Sofa etwas sehr durchgesessen...die Betten dagegen waren super in Schuß.
Alles in Allem ist das Appartment empfehlendswert und wenn die aufgezählten Kleinigkeiten behoben werden könnten...Ich habe das selbe Appartment im für Oktober 2022 wiederholt gebucht...mal sehen was sich bis dahin getan hat.
