About this apartment rental
In the center of Rome, a stone's throw from Piazza Barberini and metro A, a nice studio apartment with an open space living room with double bed and sofa bed for two people, bathroom with shower cubicle, kitchen and terrace!
APARTMENT RULES:
- ENTRANCE TO THE APARTMENT IS ALLOWED UNTIL 00:30-Late checkin fee from 22 to 00:30 of €50.If you arrive after 00:30 proceed to cancell the reservation
- The tourist tax (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.
- For bookings longer than a week there is a weekly cleaning of € 55 in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.
- travel cot is available upon request
IMPORTANT: to complete the online check-in it is necessary to put the photo of the identity card or passport. The driving license is invalid.
Guests must send documents relating to the registration of arrivals upon request.
Follow the instructions they will receive on the link sent by our staff.
*In light of the new ART circular. 109 TULPS of the Ministry of the Interior WE ARE OBLIGED TO CARRY OUT the identification of the guest WHO HAS BOOKED and who will stay in our apartments.
For reasons of public order we have the responsibility TO DO THE VERIFICATION of guests and documents before the guest accesses the apartment.

We loved how central the apartment was, and we loved the style of the place with all of its mirrors. The owners were very responsive and helpful!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a wonderful time in Rome. The location couldn’t have been better if you want to stay in the heart of the city.
The apartment was reasonably clean, although it felt a little rustic and could use a bit more attention to detail. The best feature was the beautiful terrace, which almost felt like an extra room. Unfortunately, the weather during our stay wasn’t great, so we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we had hoped.
Our only real concern was the size. Although the apartment is listed for four guests, we found it too small for four adults and would recommend it for no more than two people. If you’re a couple looking for a place with an excellent location and a lovely terrace, it’s a good option.
