About this house rental
Apartment No. 4, Hühnerstall, 66 m², bright, spacious kitchen-living room with all appliances; one large bedroom (NEW) with a box-spring bed; small room with a 160 m-wide bed, ideal for couples who sleep separately or for a child. There is the option to add a travel cot or guest bed; large bathroom with tub/shower enclosure, changing table, and window. Panoramic mountain views! First floor, but accessible at ground level. Maximum occupancy: 3 people. Free Wi-Fi.

—Germany’s highest (organic) farm, open year-round, at 1,150 meters above sea level! Far from any major roads, surrounded by forests, meadows, and mountains, guests of all ages can enjoy the local flora and fauna with all their senses.
Our house features 4 large apartments, free Wi-Fi, a playground, a sunbathing lawn, a barbecue area, and an indoor playroom—all located near the border with Austrian Tyrol.

On-site costs: Currently living on our farm are 7 cattle, approx. 800 laying hens (the “highest chicken farm in Germany”), up to 100 turkeys in the summer, 2 Cameroon sheep, 5 alpacas, and guided hikes (upon request). We’d be happy to give you a farm tour to give you a glimpse into our farm life. The house has 4 vacation apartments; bed linens and towels are provided. Bread roll service, farm products, and a small farm store open 12/24. In the adjacent building is our wellness oasis, featuring a sauna and solarium. “Allergy-friendly establishment”; no pets allowed.
Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM.
