Beautiful decor, well equipped, great location.
Bathroom on the ground floor.

Proximity to town and the beach
The property was wonderful, but it would benefit from having some of the knickknacks and books removed to streamline it a little.

Spotlessly clean, well appointed. Excellent kitchen equipment, good bathroom facilities. Good location for town and pier
Size of the fridge. Uncomfortable setees, uncomfortable bed,( front bedroom) poor wardrobe space. Duvet too small. Instructions for appliances would be better in house instruction book( couldn't find them initially)

Excellent location
Bed linen and towel were super fresh and clean
Kitchen well stocked
Bathroom good
Garden enclosed for our dog although beware it has a shared alley way between house and garden
Dirty on arrival spent an hour cleaning kitchen!
Rugs felt dirty and some of the cushions needed cleaning.
Requires a deep clean and through regular cleaning between guests
Sofas small and very uncomfortable
Small bed in front bedroom, room could easily take a larger bed to make more comfortable
Fridge too small for family, ditch the wine cooler fridge and replace it with a decent sized fridge.
Report made to Sykes about all of the above but they did little to help, received very poor service from them.
