Das Appartment ist mit viel Liebe gestaltet und die Katzendekorationen haben mir als Katzenliebhaberin besonnders gut gefallen ☺️
Obwohl sich die Wohnung gleich beim Bahnhof befindet, war es sehr Ruigh.
Die Lage im Allgemeinen ist sehr gut. Man ist von dort aus überall sehr schnell. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten hat es auch gleich rundherum. Da ich einen Sprachaufenthalt gemacht habe, war auch meine Sprachschule nicht weit entfernt.
Die vorgängig erhaltenen Anleitungen wie der Check-in und Check-out funktionieren, waren sehr ausführlich und verständlich erklärt.
Das Wifi war super und sehr schnell.
Super fand ich auch, dass es einen Fahrstuhl hatte.
Betreffend Schlüssel als Hinweis: Der Schlüssel muss in einem nahgelegenen Supermarkt abgeholt werden. Hierzu erhält man vorgängig einen Code.
An sich nur kleine Detaills, welche individuell zu beurteilen sind.
- In der Küche hat mir ein Reinigungslappen gefehlt.
Es gab lediglich ein Handtuch zum Trocknen.
- Trotz Vorhänge im Schlafzimmer war es immer schon sehr früh sehr hell im Zimmer. Leider konnte man auch durch die Jalousien nicht wirklich eine Dunkelheit hinbringen.
- Das Öffnen der Türe ist ziemlich tricky. Es war ein System, welches ich so nicht gekannt hatte. Drücken und nach links drehen. Zudem ist die Türe beim öffnen ziemlich laut, was sich nicht umgehen lässt.
- Der Spritzschutz im Bad bei der Badewanne ist etwas kurz bemessen und man musste immer aufpassen, dass man nicht das ganze Bad nässt - vorallem beim Haarewaschen.

Πολύ ωραίο διαμέρισμα με κλιματισμό ,ηλεκτρικές συσκευές,ωραία κουζίνα ,βεράντα και άνετους χώρους για 2 άτομα .Διπλα στον κεντρικό σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό της Νίκαιας και σε απόσταση 15 λεπτών,με τα πόδια από την παραλία.

L emplacement...l équipement...la litterie...un appartement très agréable et très bien situé en face de la gare et à 3 min du tram pour la Place Massena ou la Vieille Ville...
Le système de récupération des clés est un peu laborieux...l ouverture de la porte de l appartement ( merci d indiquer la couleur de la clé ! ) un peu technique...des détails donc !

We stayed here exactly 2 years ago and had a great experience as the accommodation was let on a more personal level.
We love the location and the accommodation has a quirky vibe. The bed was comfortable and overall the facilities are good.
We booked and paid for early arrival at 14:00. We had to collect the keys from a minimart nearly a kilometre away. We were given the wrong keys. Back to the shop and they had no other keys. Contact the company who said the keys were right and to watch the video. Keys were different. Back and forwards to shop, phones calls, text, WhatsApp and the keys weren't correct! Someone eventually brought the correct keys at 17:45. Not received payment refund for early stay yet.
The deposit seems a little bit of a con. We willing to pay the 450€ returnable deposit. On trying, it stated that for 24 hours 2 charges of 450€ will be made on my card and to ensure that enough funds were available. Not happy with this we paid the second 'more popular option' of 140€ which is not refundable. So add this to the cost of your stay.
The bath was not cleaned and we cleaned this before use. The toilet was badly soiled and we bought cleaning materials to bring it to a reasonable condition.
