Small in size, big on comfort—smart design, great internet stunning views & a host who truly cares

The host was very friendly and helpful, met us at the apartment and showed us around and kindly provided many recommendations for restaurants and entertainment nearby. There is a grocery store a few blocks away and plenty of restaurants, ice cream shops, and bars/pubs for anyone looking for that. It is near some upscale clothing shopping and some other random shops. The district seemed safe. The apartment was very safe and secure and super quiet. The a/c worked well and so did all of the kitchen equipment. The stove is a gas one so if you are not used to South American gas stoves it is important to note that there is a lever/valve on the wall by the stove that you have to switch 'on' to release the gas and then light the stove element...and then when done cooking, always remember to switch the gas valve OFF again!! The shower was a reasonable pressure and nice and warm. There is a narrow jacuzzi bathtub, deep enough for a nice soak. The apartment is well designed to maximize the small space.. and utilizes a lot of natural light to make it feel more spacious. Indeed the view is panoramic... beautiful sunsets out the window. There is a sink to wash clothes in and clothesline for drying. The toilet works well. The wifi is excellent - very strong and stable signal. There is also a router/modem with ethernet ports for those who want to connect ethernet cable for more speed. The internet was fast for down speed and sufficient for those who work remotely, need to video conference or even for online gaming. The host was super friendly and went out of his way to make sure we were feeling welcome and he spoke some English as well. We will definitely stay here again when next in Buenos Aires. The host is reliable and punctual and helpful, has a great sense of humor and cares very much about his property and has pride in it. This shows in all of the little details. I highly recommend this apartment for a stay in the Palermo Soho district.

Everything was great... The only drawback is if there are more than a single person or a couple who share a bed, staying.. then the person who stays on the couch in the living room will need to go 'through' the main bed room to get to the washroom. Everything else 10/10!!

Recomendable . La ubicación es excelente.

La ubicación es excelente y el apto es muy iluminado y con vista despejada

Si bien tiene calefacción , las ventanas de hierro no cierran de forma hermética y al estar en un séptimo piso dejan pasar el frío
