I had a very pleasant stay here. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, and the kitchen had pretty much everything I needed. Having a private washer and dryer was especially convenient, and it was great to be able to do laundry without having to pay extra.
The hosts were also very thoughtful and responsive. I arrived in Seattle after 8 PM and didn’t reach the property until quite late after 10 PM, but they were still very willing to communicate with me. Before my arrival, I asked for some photos to help me find the entrance, and they kindly took and sent them to me. With their instructions, I had no problem finding the property.
As with many wood-frame homes in the US, you may occasionally hear some footsteps from upstairs. However, I felt that the host family was very considerate and made an effort to keep noise to a minimum, and it did not affect my rest. If you are extremely sensitive to any sound from upstairs, a concrete-structure hotel may simply be a better choice than this type of residential accommodation.
Overall, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, especially for a longer trip. The well-equipped kitchen, private washer and dryer, and responsive hosts were definite highlights for me.

The owners were very kind and gave us great recommendations of things to do around that area since we had not been before. It is in a nice neighborhood with a lot of nice locations within 15 minutes from the property

We liked the location - close to public transportation. We enjoyed a nearby Mexican restaurant and proximity to food shopping.
Bed and sofa were lower than we like, as we are two senior adults.

It was very nicely decorated and they had all amenities you might need, extra bedding, shower products, even disposable razors! Also very nice hosts
One thing I will say is that they were having their exterior painted on the first two days of our stay which was not listed in the listing and did interrupt our ability to sleep in.
