Our stay at this condo was extremely disappointing due to the poor condition of the unit. From the moment we arrived, it was obvious that the condo had not been properly cleaned or maintained. The unit was dirty throughout, with dust, cobwebs, and signs of neglect in multiple areas. We also encountered ants roaming around the condo during our stay, and several items were broken, making the property feel poorly maintained. The most concerning issue was the bathroom, which had visible mold in multiple areas. The entire unit had a strong musty, moldy smell that was noticeable as soon as we walked in and persisted throughout our stay. In addition to the mold, we found cobwebs in several places and even saw spiders inside the unit, which only reinforced the impression that the property had not been adequately cleaned. What made this experience even more frustrating was the lack of response from management. I reported these issues to the property manager and requested to speak with someone else regarding the condition of the unit, but my concerns were never acknowledged, and I never received a response. The lack of communication and customer service was just as disappointing as the condition of the condo itself. Overall, the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service fell far below what we expected. Based on our experience, I would not recommend staying here unless these issues are properly addressed.
