On the 2nd floor, this southwest-facing vacation apartment is located in Building 1 of the apartment complex—nestled between the Baltic Sea beach and Schloonsee Lake.

Amenities
The lakeview apartment features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—a living area with a double sleeper sofa, a flat-screen TV, a hi-fi system, and a DVD player, as well as a bathroom with a shower, a hair dryer, and a makeup mirror.
The apartment features free Wi-Fi and a fully equipped open kitchen with a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and freezer. Upon request, we can provide a crib and a high chair for a fee.

Special Features
For a fee, you can use the in-building washer and dryer. An ironing board and iron are available in the laundry room. The complex features a sauna, which is available for free use daily starting at 5:00 PM. Pets are not permitted in this non-smoking apartment.

A designated parking space in the building’s underground garage—which features a double-parking system and height restriction—can be booked for an additional fee. Please carefully compare your car’s dimensions with the manufacturer’s specifications in the “Photo Gallery” on our website beforehand. Instructions for using the double-parking system’s parking spaces can be found directly in the underground garage. Use of the system is at your own risk and responsibility.
