Located on a hilltop, not far from the village of Castelnuovo Calcea, Cascina Toetto offers charm, tranquility, and an incredible view. The expansive outdoor area is truly one of the highlights of this property: a beautiful covered terrace with an overhang and an infinity pool overlooking the Monferrato vineyards. There’s a nice, cozy lounge area where you can relax. Inside, the house features a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. It offers spacious living areas, 7 bedrooms, and 7 bathrooms. The interior design has been arranged with great care and attention to detail.

We had an amazing stay with our group of friends! The place was spacious, clean, and set up perfectly for a group. Plenty of room to hang out together while still having privacy when needed. The kitchen was excellent—very well stocked and ideal for cooking and gathering with a large group. We’d definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Our family of 12 stayed at this villa for a week in June and it was absolutely amazing. The house is very spacious and has the most incredible views from the pool area and deck. We spent our days swimming in the pool and evenings dining on the deck and stargazing. The infinity pool was the highlight for children and adults alike. The home is close to local wineries - highly recommend visiting the Azienda Agricola Serra Domenico that is a mile up the hill for a tour and tasting. The house manager, Andrea, was very kind and accommodating and was great with communication for checkin and anything else we needed. It was a week we will never forget!

Great place for entertaining and hanging out! Also, it's relatively close to the wine areas for Barolo, Barbaresco, Barbera and Arneis wineries.

The house is perfection and the view is just stunning. My friends and I had the most tranquil and memorable stay in this charming village. We will cherish our time here forever.
