About this apartment rental
The apartments were renovated in late 2015 and feature new beds, a new bathroom, and a new kitchen (with an oven and dishwasher). The kitchen-living room features a sitting area and satellite TV with a DVD player, and of course, the apartments have Wi-Fi.

There’s something for everyone: the child-friendly Sonnenkopf ski area (in the village) and the Arlberg ski area comprising Stuben, Zürs, Lech, and St. Anton am Arlberg (an 8-minute drive away). The ski bus stops practically right outside the door.
Wald am Arlberg is easily accessible via the highway, located 860 km from Utrecht. The apartments are conveniently located on Obere Gasse; no snow chains are required.
Private parking is available right outside the apartments, along with a separate room for storing skis and drying clothing. There is a separate ski boot dryer for ski boots. Washing machines and a dryer are available for a small fee.

I would certainly recommend this holiday home (we stayed in the second floor apartment with 5 people and it was perfect. Very helpful owner, Spar is few minutes away. We went on many walks in the surrounding mountains. Toboggan track of over 2km is just 20 minutes away and the Kaunertal valley just over an hour away. We went in summer and I would love to return in winter for snowboarding as this house is about 1 km from a ski lift of Sonnenkopf.

Apartment did the trick perfectly - plenty of space and beds and all the functionality you need. Town is quiet in the summer but plenty of busier options nearby. I’m not downsize was that the bakery advertised as being nearby has now closed.

We have recently stayed at Haus Waldblick and it was a memorable holiday. It provides a comfortable apartment with good beds, great kitchen and living room and fantastic views. It is within short walking distance to a bakery and also to the local ski area. Well recommended.
