🔞 You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.

📝 Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.

🧺 Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.

🧴 The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:

- One roll of toilet paper for each restroom

- Bar of soap per bathroom

- One travel sized shampoo per bathroom

- One travel sized conditioner per bathroom

- Make-up removers per bathroom

- Single sized dish liquid

- Single sized dish washing detergent pack

🚗 Parking passes are $55.00 per vehicle per stay up to 30 days.

🆔 Guest must be 25 years old in order to obtain Parking passes.

- Upon arrival, please visit the front desk in the lobby to purchase your parking pass.

- Parking is on a first come first serve basis.

- There's NO limit to the number of vehicles a renter can bring.

- You may park in any open/unmarked space.

- Snowbirds may be charged a different price for a monthly stay.

- Parking Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice.

- No RV's, trailer parking on-site.
