Thomas was a great host! He and his staff were beyond hospitable, making sure we had everything we needed and providing recommendations for activities and dining, all of which were spot-on. Our room was delightful, spacious and beautifully decorated with plenty of closet space, two full bathrooms and two excellent a/c's. The complimentary breakfast each morning was homemade with love by sweet Carolina, This was our first time to stay in town where we could walk everywhere for anything we needed. No more resorts in Cozumel for us! Loved it, and we will return to the Heart of Cozumel.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. My room was spacious, comfortable, and bright, with plenty of closet and drawer space to store clothes and personal belongings. I also loved the décor — it felt stylish and welcoming.
The location is excellent: very close to the airport and the central area, and just a short walk from the waterfront promenade (Malecón). There’s also a bakery right next door and a restaurant directly across the street.
The staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help make my stay as pleasant as possible. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Wonderful location of a very clean boutique hotel in Cozumel. I stayed in the room for one week while attending a Spanish class and Scuba Diving.I chose the location because it was walkable to everything so no Car or Taxi was needed during my stay. The staff is amazing. Oscar at the front desk, answered all my questions and gave me great recommendations for meals. Carolina the housekeeper and cook did a wonderful job with breakfast. Every morning in my room was always cleaned.Thomas, the owner/manager lives on site and was very quick to respond to any questions and address any issues while I was there.Great bar with live music right across the street, but there was no problem with noise. I would definitely stay here again next time I’m in Cozumel
