Super zentral

Super zentrale Lage, trotzdem ruhig gelegen!

Leider war unsere Wohnung oben, nur über eine steile Treppe zu erreichen, aber das wussten wir ja vorher.

Leider enttäuschend

Die Lage war super. Hafen und Strand in 5 Minuten zu erreichen.

Wir haben per Mail versucht in Kontakt mit dem Vermieter zu treten, leider keine Rückmeldung. Laut der Seite und Bilder sind wir davon ausgegangen das die Wohnung im EG ist mit Terrasse. Wir waren im OG und Balkon mit Gemeinschaftsterrasse. Beim betreten des Hauses nimmt man im Flur einen leicht modrigen Geruch wahr. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Leider kein Radio, kein Backofen. Beschreibung für die Kochplatte wäre toll gewesen. Der Kühlschrank wird viel zu kalt die Lebensmittel frieren an, er kann nicht weiter runter gestellt werden. Einen Teil der Lebensmittel mussten wir daher entsorgen. Im Spülbecken läuft teilweise das Wasser nicht ab, zwischendurch gluckert es richtig laut. Leider auch mitten in der Nacht. Beide Türen ( Schlafzimmer ,Bad) schließen sehr schlecht. Wechsel Mülltüten Leider Fehlanzeige. Schlafzimmer zweckmäßig, für uns waren die Matratzen viel zu weich ( empfindet aber jeder anders) Bettlaken mit einem kleinen Loch. (Wir hatten aber unsere von zuhause mit) Der Rauchmelder ( Einweg) hatte wohl eine leere Batterie und hat die ganze Nacht gepiept, da sind wir aber erst später drauf gekommen. Badezimmer recht klein, die Dusche auch mein Mann hatte kaum Platz ( er ist aber auch recht groß mit 2.04 m) Heizkörper leicht angerostet und Staubig. Und 2 Rollen Toilettenpapier für 1 Woche war schon sehr knapp bemessen das wir welches kaufen mussten. Da wir die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren ging es. Wir hätten uns vom Vermieter eine Rückmeldung gewünscht, und eine kleine Kostenerstattung für die Lebensmittel und Unannehmlichkeiten. Leider ist nichts dergleichen passiert. Wir würden die Unterkunft nicht noch einmal buchen. Schade

Enttäuscht, nicht was die Bildervorschau versprach.

Toaster unten neben dem Mülleimer, hygienisch bedenklich. Handtuchtrockner nett gesagt, überaltert! Sehr kleine Dusche. Treppenhaus roch nach kaltem Zigarettenrauch!
