The location was excellent and the staff at the property also very kind and helpful. Wonderful oceanfront view and great room darkening curtains and the unit was very clean! The property amenities such as indoor hot tub and pool were clean and we very much enjoyed using them.
We made most of our own dinners and found the kitchen had no potholders, and the large chef knife was very dull. We put in a ticket for potholders and to Hosteeva credit they worked quickly to get us a pair of oven mitts that was delivered the next day. There was a door knob missing from one of the kitchen cabinets. They could use a little more bakeware: especially a rectangular baking sheet. One of the mixing bowls was broken. No light under the over the range microwave.
Room issues: there was a peeled up corner portion of a LVP in the bedroom that had the two beds which almost cut my toe as I was walking around. I hope this gets fixed. I have pictures if the property management would like to have. I had to put a Band-Aid on the spot so I wouldn’t keep getting scuffed by it.
In the MB chest of drawers- broken drawer- no pulls & would not open, pretty much too broken to use. They need to cushion the middle iron bed leg, it was an injury waiting to happen- very easy to stub your toe against it often.

Very clean, and staff was very nice and helpful.
The parking is very inconvenient. You have to walk a block and a half to park your car. Also they need more luggage carts. When we arrived after our 9 hour drive, the temperature in our room was 73 degrees and proceeded to get as high as 83. Also, there was very little water pressure. I made a phone call, and they were right on it. We went to eat, and when we returned everything was fixed. Great maintenance personnel

The location was wonderful. Parking was good. The beds were very comfortable.
There were no pool towels. There could have been more dish detergent.
