Decent location but needs to work on cleanliness.
Good location a little far from main Megaworld Iloilo so we had to take taxis often to the Convention Center but possible but a little tiring to walk.
1) Beddings were not changed before we arrived; maybe the cleaner forgot to change them but there was hair and dead tiny insects and brown lint on the bed. There was also not a full set of sheets and pillow cases to change the bed ourselves so we had to call the host’s sister, the local contact to bring new ones. I showed the hair and dead tiny insects and brown lint to the sister so she understood.
2) There was an ant problem in the unit. When we first got there in the afternoon, my toddler was playing in the living room by the coffee table and there were ants on the coffee table. We never ate there the first day and had breakfast only the next morning so the ants were there before any of our food was there. The problem grew over the next couple of days and ants went inside my open luggage in the living room and there was a line of ants from living room to kitchen. The next days we found ants on the kitchen cabinets forming a line.
3) The washer/spinner was broken. The host sister told us the spinner was broken but she did not tell us to NOT use the washer. We used it and it flooded and we mopped it up in front of her when she came with the spare sheets and comforter the first night.
4) The host is charging me $200 for the toddler pee (which I reported bec I am honest) on the comforter. If the washer was working properly I would have washed it myself. She also told me because she thinks it’s also on the mattress but I said the sheets and mattress were completely dry. I know from experience that they do not provide $200 comforters / sheet sets .
5) The host is complaining that I did not sweep the kitchen before I left because there were crumbs in the kitchen but I did not receive instructions upon check in or on booking to sweep the unit before I left and this is new to me because I stay in booking apartments often and never was told to sweep before leaving.

Best place to stay when in iloilo. Very convenient to go to shopping malls, parks and bistro.
The place overlooks the city. Sunrise looks so nice while cityscape makes the place so romantic.
