Worst accommodation that I have ever been to. Avoid at all costs!!!

Nothing. Avoid booking from this company!!! I also called directly the company and they are very rude to customers and start to scream without any reason. When I told them that the apartment was infested with ants and mold they told me that “this is how it is in Italy”. They also lied to Booking.com and never assumed the state of the apartment even if I had all the proofs ( photos, videos and messages )

This was by far the worst accommodation experience I have ever had. When we arrived, the apartment was in an unacceptable condition. Before we could even unpack, we had to spend approximately four hours cleaning the apartment ourselves. The problems included: * Ants throughout the apartment. * Visible mold on the walls. * A strong mold and sewage smell. * Very poor overall cleanliness. * The apartment clearly had not been properly inspected or cleaned before our arrival. We immediately reported all of these issues to the property and provided photos and videos taken before we started cleaning. The most disappointing part was how the situation was handled. The owner later claimed that an immediate cleaning had been offered. This is simply not true. Our written WhatsApp conversation clearly shows that the only solution offered was to wait until 26 July for a complete cleaning, even though our stay had started on 12 July. Waiting almost two weeks was obviously not a realistic solution. Because the apartment was not suitable to stay in and no timely solution was provided, we were forced to leave after only two nights and book alternative accommodation at our own expense. The owner later offered to refund only the cleaning fee while refusing to take responsibility for the condition of the apartment. This experience caused unnecessary stress, wasted valuable vacation time, and significant additional expenses. I strongly recommend choosing another property. There are many better accommodations in Genoa where cleanliness, honesty and customer service are taken seriously.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would like to thank Valeria for her help prior and during my stay!

The location was very nice, it was right near the highly connected different bus stations and a train station.
