FUJAM DESSE LOCAL, PIOR ACOMODAÇÃO DE UBATUBA.
Vai ser dificil começar dizendo tudo que não gostamos, talvez não caiba em uma só avaliação porém fujam desse lugar que se parece mais com um cortiço,
gente é serio pelas fotos parecem bonitos, porém lá a conversa é outra. fizemos a reserva e avisamos com antecedencia que iriamos chegar entre 12:30am e 01:30am
foi nos informado que teriamos que pegar a chave em um BAR. chegando lá as 01:00 ja não tinha nenhum movimento no BAR e estava fechado, rodamos um pouco pois haviam varios carros estacionados dentro do cortiço ops digo Acomodação (não haveria lugar para guardarmos nosso carro a não ser na rua) até ai tudo bem temos seguro. porém ao ligar para quem iria nos entregar a chave mandaram-nos em um bairro proximo ESTUFA 2, chegando nesse tal bairro pra buscar a chave com uma faxineira fomos abordados por 2 individuos que praticamente nos expulsaram dizendo que ali não tinha chave e que era ''biqueira'' (Lugar onde vende-se entorpecentes) e mesmo assim não pegamos a chave. rodamos até as 5 horas da manhã e conseguimos com muito custo ( R$ 894,00 ) Uma diaria para nos hospedar até ao meio dia, acordamos cedo e fomos em busca da chave, um liga pra outro e liga pra outro e informaram novamente que a chave estaria no BAR. chegamos lá estava fechado (11 da manha) porém como tinha gente dentro limpando a atendente ligou para um tal de Falsi (anotem este nome) que liberou as chaves, pegamos e fomos ao hotel que estavamos hospedados e fizemos check out... fomos com nossos filhos conseguimos com muito custo acertar a chave para abrir a garagem
o local é apertado é apenas um recuo de calçada com grades. SUVS como o nosso não cabem se abrir o porta malas o portão tem que ficar aberto. ai fomos a procura do apartamento tendo em vista que o nosso era o numero 1, gente é serio parece um cortiço...

Exalando cheiro fortissimo de esgoto e cigarros conseguimos achar o apartamento, tem uma escada ingreme com corrimão sem nenhuma função que fica em cima da parede, uma escada apertada que não passa malas subimos e chegamos ao apartamento. quando abrimos a janela vimos POEIRA POR TODA PARTE, PELOS DE ANIMAIS, CHÃO SUJO, FILTRO DE AGUA SERVE COMO DEPOSITO DE ESCREMENTOS PARA INSETOS, TEIAS DE ARANHA, CHEIRO FORTE DE MOFO, VIDROS SUJOS EMBAÇADOS... A FAXINEIRA DESSE LUGAR É MUITO PREGUIÇOSA... ainda mentiu dizendo-nos que estragamos um colchão e cobraram-nos 2500 REAIS. é uma piada, eles não aceitam criticas foi só fazermos criticas que não nos responderam mais (lembra do FALSI) pra mim é um moleque que não tem postura de homem pra resolver questões e fui informado que ele foi quem gerou a cobrança. sem ao menos chegar ao local e vistoriar acreditou na FAXINEIRA QUE NÃO SABE TRABALHAR. E VAI VIR NOS COMENTÁRIOS CRITICAR... porem aqui não fugimos do problema e sim os enfrentamos e enfrentaremos em quais esferas fizerem-se necessarias para que nos reembolsem pois de graça este lugar é caro... Detalhe queriam nos recompensar com estadia em outros lugares. ué mas não somos depredarores? porque nos ofertaram outros locais? ja se nota a indole dos administradores. FUJAM desse local. é uma porcaria sem tamanho, sem o minimo de descencia com o hospede. ofertam qualquer coisa. Fico com dó de quem não tem condições de lutar pelos direitos e se depara com um local como este com administradores totalmente despreparados. falei com 2 CHICOS. UM JOSÉ. e até agora não se sabe quem é realmente responsavél pela acomodação, são crianças que se escondem atras da velha desculpa esfarrapada. não gostam de criticas porém não ofertam um serviço de qualidade para dirimir. PESSIMO LOCAL. pessimas condições. LOCAL FÉTIDO INSALUBRE, PERIGOSO PARA IDOSOS... (ESCADA PRECISA DE RAPPEL) Detalhe ficamos 20 minutos e não devolveram nosso dinheiro, FURTO.

Cozinha era bem equipada
Televisão bem ruim , não tem Wi-Fi. Logo que chegamos no hall estava infestado de baratas ao lado tem um bar com música ao vivo onde fica impossível de descansar.
