I loved how clean and spacious the suites are kept. The hotel suites were walking distance to the events that occurred. The breakfast had a great variety of options to select.

Room was very large with a comfortable bed and nice shower.
The fact that the reservation I made through Booking.com was never received by the hotel. I had to cancel el my Booking.com reservation and make a new one with the hotel directly.

The hotel is really modern, overall clean, well equipped and in an excellent location. All the front desk staff were lovely. The evening receptionist spent a lot of time on the phone with Booking.com trying to sort out our missing reservation and waived the parking fee. Our waitress at the restaurant was also very kind and apologetic about the limited dinner options.
The hotel couldn’t find our reservation; the receptionist said we were the third Booking.com reservation missing that day. The only acceptable option was a more expensive, accessible room. However the room smelled of smoke. Another room only became available after we complained.
The restaurant kitchen closes at 10. We arrived at the restaurant at 9:30 pm, but were told that the grill was already off, leaving only fried options.
