Very recent construction, high-quality materials and tasteful apartments. The spa area is privatised for an hour for you, which is excellent. The on-call massage (separately paid) was very professional.
The breakfast delivery turned out to be from an external caterer and did not convince us (though we didn't try and preferred making our own).

The view was very nice. The hotel is located in a very quiet and green neighbourhood.
The pool is small, but warm and cozy.
The facilities are modern and well maintained. There’s convenient parking, and the staff provides clear, detailed instructions on how to access everything, including your room and the parking area, if you arrive after business hours.
Small bad. The room is poorly soundproofed - you can hear everything through the walls.
You should book the SPA area well in advance. If you’re visiting for the weekend, it’s not ideal, because it’s almost impossible to find an available slot unless you’re willing to book really late at night.

Everything was great! We are especially grateful to the manager Liudmyla who was especially helpful and attentive in any situation that happened.
