Staff had been helpful, the limited time to see them is a bit of a hustle.
Air conditioning was difficult to control eventually we managed to sort it out.
The main issue I had was to get in and out of the garage parking because the online key won’t work at all so have to go down to manually type in the code.

The property was clean. However, the cleaning services were lacking. There was foul smell in the garage next to the washer/driers, possibly due to leakage from sewage pipes. The supplies (coffee, sugar, etc.) were never replenished during our 7-day stay here. Also, upon asking for change of sheets, we were told that you have to tell 48 hours in advance. This was never mentioned anywhere during the whole booking process. Disappointing stay! Not to mention, the occupants were literally talking loud, shouting, laughing till 3AM without any restrictions.
