Large house of 150m² on two levels, recently renovated, very bright, with spacious volumes, with two large terraces sunny until the evening. The house is located close to the city center, about 3km from the City of Carcassonne, 30 m from the Canal du Midi with the possibility of a boat trip along the canal and hiking, 7km from the Cavayère lake and a few minutes by car from the beaches of the Mediterranean Sea.
