About this apartment rental
The apartment was renovated in January 2024, completely refurnished, and very well equipped.
This beautiful 3-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand is located on the 2nd floor (with an elevator) in a fully renovated villa dating from the Gründerzeit period around 1900 and is situated in the immediate vicinity of the 8-kilometer-long sandy beach.
It measures approximately 90 m², is wheelchair-accessible, and accommodates 2–4 people. The apartment features high-end amenities, including a large sunroom serving as the living area, equipped with a flat-screen TV, Magenta TV, a Bluetooth speaker, and high-speed internet. You have access to two east-facing balconies with ocean views.
The open, bright kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, microwave, and oven. The beautiful dining table seats the whole family.
Off the hallway is a spacious storage room.
You’ll have plenty of space in the two bedrooms, which feature double beds (one bed with two separate mattresses, 90x200 cm, and one bed with a large mattress, 160x200 cm) and spacious, well-lit closets.
The apartment features two attractively designed bathrooms. One has a tub/shower, and the other has a shower.
A parking space has been reserved for you. A quick note: Since we unfortunately can’t control nature, there are occasional instances where the tree above your parking space No. 5 may drip sap or birds may leave droppings from the tree. We therefore recommend that you bring a car cover.
High-speed internet is available, including Magenta TV (in the event of disruptions or outages, there is no entitlement to a replacement or refund).
This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed here.
