Welcome to Haffkrug, to this modern, high-end 2-room apartment in Haus Brise, just 100 meters from the beach. The apartment is located on the first floor and accommodates up to 4 people in a 70-square-meter space.
The living room features, among other things, a comfortable sleeper sofa, a seating area, a 65-inch smart TV, a soundbar with a subwoofer, a radio, and Wi-Fi. Integrated into the living area is an open kitchenette with all modern appliances (dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer) and a dining area for 4 people.
The furnished south-facing balcony offers (albeit somewhat limited) a partial ocean view.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a spacious closet, and a TV. A modern full bathroom with a shower, bathtub, and toilet completes the apartment’s amenities.
The floors of this beautiful apartment are covered with hardwood, and underfloor heating ensures a comfortable indoor climate.
A bicycle storage room is available in the building. An underground parking space is included with the apartment.
