A light-filled, modernly furnished 2-room apartment with an east-facing balcony on the 1st floor awaits you—accommodating up to 3 people. Do you love the view of the sea? Then you’ve come to the right place!
The cozy living area invites you to relax with its double sofa, armchair with ottoman, beautiful wall unit, and dining area for 4 people. The flat-screen TV with cable, a DVD player, and Wi-Fi access add to the comfort.
The bright, open, and spacious kitchen offers plenty of room for cooking together. A combination oven, a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a filter coffee maker round out the amenities.
The large and charming bedroom features a cozy box-spring bed (180 cm x 200 cm) where you can rest peacefully at night; two large wardrobes and small decorative touches add even more to the cozy atmosphere.
The stylish bathroom features a shower, a large sink, and a large mirror.
A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement and are available for use with coins.
The best way to wind down your evenings is on the balcony in the rattan seating area.
This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are not allowed!
An outdoor parking space is available for your use.
The distance to the beach is 30 meters.
There is currently a construction site on the neighboring property. This may cause noise disturbances.
