The spacious living area, featuring a comfortable seating area, a sleeper sofa (180 cm x 200 cm), a dining area for 4 people, and the beautiful east-facing terrace with seating—all complemented by a magnificent sea view—provide the perfect setting for total relaxation. The flat-screen TV with cable, radio, and Wi-Fi access enhance this experience.
The large kitchenette, equipped with an oven, glass-ceramic stove, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, and filter coffee maker, ensures a relaxed cooking experience.
The cozy sleeping area with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm, separate mattresses) lets you unwind at night.
The modern bathroom with a toilet, shower, plenty of storage space, and good lighting completes the apartment.
For a carefree stay, you’ll find a sauna, washing machine, and coin-operated dryer in the basement.
A lawn for sunbathing and a barbecue area are located behind the house.
