This beautiful 3-room apartment in Scharbeutz, measuring 78 m², is centrally located, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea.
In just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the Dünenmeile with its boutiques, restaurants, and cafés. The Kurpark is also within easy walking distance.
The apartment is on the first floor. Amenities include a cozy living room with a spacious corner sofa, a TV, and a dining area for 4 people. The apartment also features two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m). Additionally, one bedroom has an extra TV, and another bedroom (facing the street) is equipped with exterior blinds.
The new kitchen was installed in January 2020. It is equipped with an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom features a walk-in shower (accessible via a single step), a toilet, and a hair dryer.
