About this villa rental
Built in 1900 and completely renovated in 2022 in compliance with the recommendations of the Bâtiments de France, Villa Adèle offers maximum comfort while preserving its identity of yesteryear. The apartment is located on the first floor and the house is only 50 meters from the beach.

The completely renovated apartment has a 140x190cm double bed (with the possibility of isolating the sleeping area by closing curtains), a fully equipped open kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and shower. The plus? A nice patio, ideal for having your coffee or an aperitif!
Parking spaces are available in the street perpendicular to that of the villa, rue du Maréchal Foch (paid from June 15 to September 15 and on weekends and public holidays). The free parking lot of La Galiote is about ten minutes away on foot.
The villa is located in the seaside resort of Mers-les-Bains, on the seafront.
You will find all the local shops within walking distance in a few minutes (bakery, butcher, grocery store, fishmonger and restaurants).
Free parking is about 10 minutes walk away. You can also park in the paid spaces in the street perpendicular to the villa.
