Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with full kitchen, premium electronics, high speed Wi-Fi, in-house laundry, prime pool location, award winning restaurant/beach club, concierge, access to all property amenities and more. Easily sleeps 8 guests with one king room, two queen beds room and two twin beds room.

Gwendolyn’s place is amazing. It was immaculate and well stocked. She is eager to answer questions, friendly and readily available when needed (via the VRBO messaging). The property managers (Jacki and Caesar) are also very friendly and responsive. It is directly next to the property’s upper infinity pool, but it felt like our own private pool because we only saw people there one time in our 6 days. Gwen has beach towels for you and even a couple of beach chairs if you need them. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, a good many spices and a coffee maker (with filters). You will need to buy extra paper towels and bring laundry detergent/dryer sheets.The neighborhood has a lovely private beach with paddle boarding and snorkeling gear onsite. It is about a five minute walk from the house to the beach, but I definitely recommend driving your vehicle because the hill is very steep. There is parking for guests, but you will need to arrive early enough to grab a spot. You can also get a massage at the beach or lounge in one of the three infinity pools, while enjoying lunch from the Soluna restaurant. The location of the house is very convenient to a ton of activities. La Leona waterfall is 1.5 hours (ask for Brandon if you go and tell him the Pittmans said hi), Palo Verde riverboat cruise is less than two hours, Diamonte Wildlife Park is less than an hour. We also beach hopped a couple of days. We will definitely return to this house. Amazing in every way!

Beautiful setting for a fabulous vacation. The villa was clean and comfortable. Of particular note were the quality bedding and 3 cozy recliners in the living room. The kitchen was well appointed with appliances, including an air fryer and crock pot.

The property was very quiet and we enjoyed the essentially private pool right next to our unit. Beautiful views, many birds, geckos and small animals (a Mapache visited our back door every evening!) Plenty of space for the 6 adults in our group. Fully supplied kitchen. Individual air con units in each bedroom for personalized temperature preferences. Our host was helpful and responsive as were the concierge staff on the resort property. We did two of the many offered day trips (Rincon ( highly recommend) and Nicaragua(beautiful, but a lot of time driving for one day), which were easy and great experiences. If you are planning to travel a bit, or make some meals on site/get groceries, I would recommend a rental car for ease and flexibility. The walk from the property down to the beach on the resort (and back up) is quite steep, and may be a challenge for some. We had a lovely stay with no complaints!

Villa 38 was very clean and located, as advertised, next to the upper infinity pool with fabulous views. The resort staff was friendly and helpful with all our needs. The tours we took through Bahia Pez Vela were the highlight!! Such a wonderful vacation and so sad to be leaving!!
