This home is attached to a separate 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment, which may be rented by another group during your stay.
Both units have separate front entrances on opposite sides of the property and are designed to provide privacy. A large, securely locked door separates the two spaces and cannot be accessed by guests from either side.
You will have exclusive access to the main home's fully fenced backyard, hot tub, deck, and outdoor gathering areas. The apartment has its own separate fenced seating area.
Traveling with a larger group? The entire property is also available as a separate Airbnb listing, offering 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 14 guests! Send us an inquiry, and we'll happily direct you to that listing.
House Rules: NO PARTIES! The city has a noise ordinance, and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

The house was exactly as pictured and described. The amenities were great and the kitchen was well stocked with very nice pots and pans. Very well taken care of unlike many homes we have rented that have beat up pots and pans.Everything was very clearly labeled and directions on how to use the home and about the area was clear.Laura was very quick to respond to any of our inquiries.Overall great experience we will definitely be looking to stay again,Thank you,

Quick trip for us and host was amazing! I booked the night before our trip and she was so helpful offering an early check in and late check out so that we could enjoy our time with no stress. Great property, very clean, thank you!
