Staff were very welcoming and pleasant to interact with.. Room was clean and spacious.. Restaurants served tasty food..
We were locked out of our room before checkout time.. but we were granted a late check out by the front desk.. so that worked out for us..

The location of the hotel is excellent. Walking distance to malls & restaurants. Rooms are spacious & clean. Rooms have either bath showers or walk in showers. We requested walk in showers. Staff were friendly & always accommodating & kind. Highly recommend this hotel.
Consider putting a microwave in the room. Other than that all good. Keep up the good work.

Customer service. Mr. Fahad provided exceptional service and support. We really like that it has youtube access.
There are things to improve like having vanity table with mirror. There’s something odd about the toothpaste, it seems old but definitely not expired. It’s just so hard🤭

Average Hilton hotel
Smoking permitted inside bar area as well as outside. In this day and age let smokers go outside only! Complained and told it’s the policy!
