The location is very good, close to Mergellina metro (?) station , 100 m to the seeside , 700m to the beach , 50 m to the supermercado Sole365, coffee shop, bakery nearby . The apartment has two bathrooms , one on each level , the kitchen is well equipped .
The apartment is on the very ground level , the door and the windows look to the inner court , so it is dark all the time . The stairs are very narrow . The communication with the owner is through a neighbor and we had an unpleasant missunderstanding about the local taxes . She first asked 65 instead of 36 .
