Locatie is SUPER, dichtbij alles!
Groot bed ok,
Derde verdiep is VEEL trappen...

The location was excellent. Jonathan the property manager met us and was very kind. He gave us recommendations and advice on transport app. He was contactable throughout the stay which was for 3 days.
We paid the rate for 3 days then had to check in on line at that time we had to either pay a damage fee off around 37 euros or allow the property to put a hold amount as a security deposit of 350 euros. As we did no know the property as it was not a chain we opted to pay 37 euros - and not take any risk. You need to therefor factor this into your pricing when looking at this place to stay. There is also a charge for early check in ranging from 55 euros downward. Jonathan did meet us after I emailed asking if we could at least drop our bags off. He did not request payment which was kind. You book in for free from 4pm. There is also another fee for late check out after 10am. The toilet was dirty. There was a smell of sewerage on the second day and that night thru to the next morning which the company said was due to the rain. The smell came from the shower only and nowhere else which seemed odd. There was no refund of our 37 euros or any kind of compensation for this. The repairs that had been done on the property were at best poor. Packing tape held the window shut in the main bedroom. The bed has a plastic cover over mattress which makes it very hot. The silver grate cover in the shower drain wasn’t attached. Patchwork of a wall in toilet was at best poor. This appears to be an airbnb type set up. And when you check out they urge you to book through their email or WhatsApp for future bookings.
