Host was very quick to respond and send address and details about entering the property. The apartment itself is reasonably spacious and equipped with all the essentials, also for a longer stay.
Though the apartment itself was clean the entrance and stairway are poorly kept. The bed is very low so effectively one is (almost) sleeping on the floor. And a reading light on the bed side table, for those who still read paper books, would be nice.

Ausreichend viel Platz , angenehmes Ambiente, genügend Bettwäsche u Handtücher
Hellhörige Wohnung , das Bad könnte verbessert werden

The host was very nice and patient. The property I originally booked was unavailable, so the host offered an alternative property, which was bigger, for the same price. I received precise direction via WhatsApp including a video clip of exactly where the apartment and key box were. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed for a one night stay.
The apartment was very dirty, from the dishes to the bed sheets. In addition, there was a lot of noise during the night.

"Freshly repaired, clean and nice. Located in a city centre, walk distance to most of museums. The host is nice and friendly."
