Quiet. Beautifully quiet.
Beautiful view of the pool and the sea. Clean apartment. Nice touch of the hosts to leave some coffee pods, water, tea bags, etc. The toaster was not working but the helpful and friendly Veronica replaced it within the day. The nearest beach, Playa El Pinque, is only 500m away - (it's a safe, relatively private/quiet beach that is safe. It's black sand and a bit stony but you can swim with the fish). There's a nice pool at the apartment. Adequate parking if you are renting a car. Restaurants and cafes are close by. All in a safe, quiet area.
No Air Conditioning.
When I first looked at this location, air conditioning was a feature, but when I booked this particular apartment (number 330) the availability of air conditioning as a feature went missing! I didn't notice until this I arrived at the apartment and noticed no air con (only 2 fans). There was a bit of confusion when I arrived as to where to go with my car - it didn't help that an incredibly rude and impatient lady refused to manoeuvre her bike around my car to access the garage. Veronica didn't know that I had booked a parking place to begin with - but it eventually got sorted out.

"Apartment was super clean, in a well connected area with lots of restaurants around. Close to the paradise beach and do not miss the coastal walk nearby. Host Ivan was very helpful."
