Rustic shabby but not in a chic way. Has incredible potential but

Original wooden features of an old building, rooftop tin roof views. The location

Saggy uncomfortable sofa, uncomfortable bed.

9 / 10

We liked the soacious apartment and the location.

The location was really great.

On the beginnning it was really cold in the flat.

10 / 10

It’s like home! It’s beautiful & lovely!

It is a very cute and spacious property.

The 3 floor stairs..

5 / 10

Definitely needs repairs and attention to detail.

It's good location and soundproof so can't hear much noise from outside with windows shut.

Quite few issues which did stop me from enjoying my stay. Light switches very confusing and has no labelling to understand what they do, found switches I didnt find what they do. If you decide to sleep in bed make sure to turn on table lamp next to bed before switching off main lights, as switch is located on top of steps leading to bed, otherwise you need to go down steps in dark. Socket in bathroom next to sink missing protective cover, sockets behind bed, one fully smashed, so moved metal bed frame away from wall just for my own safety. Light in bathroom in literally in shower so did not use shower as was worried to get electrocuted, spotlight outside shower doesnt work, one of 2 spotlights in bed area doesnt work, 2 silver spotlights in living area doesnt work, big light bulb on top of main entrance stairs doesnt work, 3 lights on stairs doesnt work, 1 out of 4 lights above bathroom mirror doesnt work Shower missing glass doors, so totally different rail just taped with silver tape on inside of shower to fit shower curtain Piece of cracked tile missing next to toilet leaving 3 razor sharp edges. Toilet is quite tucked away. Im 5ft10 (179cm) tall and if im standing in front of toilet im about 40cm away from toilet and hitting my head against slope above toilet, so best option would be sit down for any action but make sure not to slice your foot on sharp tile Window sill in livingroom very scuffed, wood around bathroom sink massive water damage You get double bed and 2 single duvets, no double duvet. TV only has streaming options so have to log in your own accounts, as its missing ariel cable to have access to basic free channels available in LV (does have wall sockets for ariels as well) Masking tape still on lights in bedroom area and random pieces of tape on wooden beam above sofa. Definitely needs plenty repairs and improvements, especially for that price as previous apartment i stayed was cheaper and zero issues to address.

Superbe emplacement, personnel réactif, logement propre et spacieux. Juste à savoir avant de louer pas d’ascenseur et 4 eme étage donc prévoir des gros bras pour monter les bagages !
