We liked that it’s spacious, it could fit a group of 10 with every couple having private bedroom. We had all necessary amenities and perks for long stay like sun-beds towels, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, air-conditioners. There is a barbecue in the backyard and several outdoor sitting areas. We loved to have breakfast in the shade of the backyard in the morning and gather in the front terrace in the evening. Clean pool.
One of the bedrooms is without a window. It’s good to know since it could be hard to ventilate it in the night if the air-conditioning is stopped. We left the door open during the night but thus we lost some privacy. It’s also smaller room than the others. There was no place in it to put your luggage and stuff.
So keep in mind not all bedrooms are the same.
Under the shower there is no option to fix the shower high enough to wash your whole body. So one needs to hold it with one hand. That can be easily fixed though if additional shower holders are placed.
If all the bathrooms are used in the same time, there is not strong enough current on the last floor. So although having 3 bathrooms, we had to shower one by one.

The villa is beautiful and very well-planned. There are 3 main locations where a large group of people can hang out and have quality time together. The pool is wonderful for late afternoon swims in the summer. The main balcony on the first floor is for morning coffee. The barbecue area behind is for the night activities such as dinner, card games or just for some beers and a laugh. We used the barbecue as well when we had a group dinner. The fridge and dishwasher are so convenient to have outside.
The rooms are very clean and well-equipped with everything you need. There are ACs where you want them. The toilet and shower are also good. We were a group of 15 people - 3 singles and 6 couples. Only one couple had to sleep in a non-private room, which was okay for such a large group. The parking lot can be used by 4 cars for sure.
The village itself is amazing as well - taverns, supermarkets, gas stations - everything you need. Supermarkets close at around 22:00 oclock. But we found a wonderful Bulgarian woman who owns a small shop on the street below the villa. The shop works until 00:30 AM, but it's not marked on Google Maps.
The keys are located in a very convenient place. Since we were a big group of people, it was very important for us that we could store them somewhere if someone wanted to get back to the villa.
Can't wait to go back!

Property was good enough for our large family group. Nice and secluded.Host was always available and always helpful. Any questions we asked she always advised us to her best knowledge which we appreciated a lot.
Swimming pool could have been little bit cleaner. Little bit more information about waste bins would have been great. May be leave a laminate A4 note about how and where to dispose of bins. Other than that it was all good and we really had a very very good time. Host was always in touch and always ready to sort out any issues we had plus gave us extra information about other stuff during our stay.
