Right by the stop for the Rimini/San Marino bus and a reasonable walk to the old/walled City. Clean, quiet, bright, great view, mini-fridge. You check in at the Hotel Joli but the room is actually couple hundred meters/yards away. Breakfast (I didn't pay for that option) was served in the Hotel Joli where the staff were friendly and helpful. Shops and restaurants nearby (the only and tiny food store is close to the Information Center in the walled city).

Welcoming, friendly staff.
Excellent location, although the block where we were staying was a little difficult to find at first.
Clean and comfortable room. Perfectly acceptable bathroom.
The bed was a normal double, but too big for the room, making it hazardous to get to the window and far side of the bed. The corners of the bed stuck out and I still have the bruises to show for it almost two weeks later.
The block was a bit of a warren, with no signs to lead you to the exit - potentially dangerous in case of emergency. There didn't appear to be any form of smoke detector in the room, or corridor, or any emergency lighting.

The location was perfect! We arrived by bus from Rimini and the hotel was literally just a few steps away (though very quiet) and a short and very pleasant walk to the historic centre. The people on reception were extremely nice and the room itself was very comfortable. We hadn't booked breakfast in advance but decided to have it in the hotel when we got there and it was good. I would definitely stay here again.
We hadn't realised that you checked in to the Hotel Joli just a few doors away so for a little while we were floundering not knowing quite how to get to our room. Perhaps we hadn't read the instructions properly, but it would have been good to have had this flagged more clearly beforehand. Apart from that, everything was great.
