Lovely hotel, location was good for nightlife and being a tourist but difficult to get to and from by taxi. The room was very open with little privacy in the toilet and shower areas so I wouldn't recommend booking with anyone you're not very close with. Balcony is nice but the view is partially blocked.
The pillows weren't comfortable, no beach or sand in front of the hotel, we had to go down a few blocks to find a beach, and the front staff wanted the daily resort fee paid in cash only, but had no change so that was frustrating after traveling all day.

The room was very large and I loved the shower
The out door jacuzzi would be more usable if it was hot

The staff were very great and friendly, especially Arthur, he was really amazing.
The pool was not so clean, say about 7/10.

The room was clean and bed was comfortable
The pool was tiny and really dirty. There was loud music playing at the beach bar until 2 o’clock in the morning. It was really loud in the room which made sleeping difficult. The coffee shop girl had an attitude. People not staying at the hotel were aloud to use the property which made security seem very lacking.
