Located in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter, this hotel is a great choice for exploring the city's vibrant streets. The staff are top-notch - super polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. They booked tours for us and recommended awesome cafes, restaurants, and shops.
The property itself is a bit compact, and breakfast could be better (small spread), but honestly, the location and service made up for it. Would definitely stay here again for the staff alone

This is one of my favourite hotels I ever stayed in. It was a fantastic stay, the room was amazing, the location was perfect and the amenities were exactly what we needed. But what made this stay even better were the wonderful staff. Sadly I dont know all of their names but Jamie took good care of us making sure we had everything we needed and made some excellent reservations for us. She was incredibly warm and friendly and went the extra mile to make sure we were looked after. Also their driver, Gioi, is one of the nicest men in all of Vietnam. We had the pleasure of him driving us through Hanoi and he was wonderful company. But all of the staff are amazing. Each of the girls on reception, the two gents on conceriece, the lovely lady from the spa, the great team in the breakfast room and the fantastic guy in the bar. Honestly, the most wonderful people
