The vacation rental is located in an apartment building and features a separate bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful furnished terrace—offering everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the coast. Lübeck Bay is just a 5-minute drive or a 12-minute bike ride away.
The reopened Greek restaurant KOUROS is located right on the premises.

Your vacation apartment is located in the basement of an apartment building on the northern shore of the Großer Pönitzer See. On the cozy, south-facing TERRACE, you can leave the stresses of everyday life behind and catch a glimpse of the lake. Barbecuing is also allowed here (grill provided). Note: You reach the garden via 5 (non-standard) steps, and it’s 40 meters to the lake.
The apartment has been furnished by the hosts with great attention to detail. The small HALLWAY features a dresser, a mirror, a coat rack, and a small bench for putting on or taking off your shoes.
The LIVING AREA, like the entire apartment, is furnished in a modern style. A 55-inch flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall unit, ensuring plenty of entertainment. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. So you can enjoy cozy evenings together on the corner sofa, even during the cooler months. The sofa can also be converted into a bed for a third person (up to 12 years old).
Adjacent to it is the open-concept KITCHEN. It is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals. This includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a microwave, a ceramic cooktop, a fully automatic coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and many other cooking utensils.
The tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, mirror, toilet, and hair dryer. A washing machine is also available.
The apartment features a separate bedroom with a double bed (180x200 cm), a dresser, a clothes rack, and an additional 40-inch flat-screen TV.
One parking space is available free of charge (1 per apartment). Bicycles can be parked on the terrace, which has its own bike ramp leading down the steps. A linens package including bed linens, 1 bath towel, and 1 hand towel is provided.
Guests may use the on-site SAUNA (1 euro per 15 min).
A free, private beach chair has been reserved for you at beach entrance 28 in Scharbeutz.
