About this house rental
Semi-detached townhouse for 8 people, just 50 meters from the beach and amenities in the area known as Las Ventanicas in Mojacar Playa.
IMPORTANT NOTICE ABOUT SWIMMING POOLS
We do not guarantee the use of community pools outside of the summer season. The pools will be open from July 1st to August 31st. Outside of this period, we cannot be held responsible for the unopening of the pools.
This house is built on 2 levels and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a front terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, a back patio and a roof terrace. 3 bedrooms have air conditioning and all have ceiling fans.
Rooms
There is a bedroom on the first floor with a double bed (1.50 m) and a built-in wardrobe, and the other 3 bedrooms are upstairs.
Master bedroom with double bed (1.80 m) with air conditioning, fitted wardrobe, en-suite bathroom and access to the covered terrace with sea views.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed (1.50 m), a built-in wardrobe and air conditioning.
Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds (2x0.90m) and air conditioning.
Bed linen and towels provided

1 full bathroom
2 full powder rooms
Separate fully fitted kitchen with dividing arch in the dining room and including fridge freezer, ceramic hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and all other kitchen utensils and crockery.
Living room with dining area, Spanish and British TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi and access to the front terrace.
The front terrace has a built-in BBQ, it is partially covered and has 2 tables and chairs for outside dining.

Lovely, comfortable accommodation across the road from the beach. Pool area could have done with some loungers as the 2 there were broken. Would benefit from a welcome pack/instructions on how to use appliances etc. and enough cups/glasses for guests. Would absolutely recommend
