About this cottage rental
This unique space has a style all its own. It is located on the second floor (accessible by elevator) in a building with a well-maintained communal garden right on the lake, complete with a dock.
It is situated 500 m from Sirmione Castle, in a prime location. Public or private paid parking is available nearby. Two sun loungers are available.
It features a double bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed, and two balconies overlooking the lake.
The space:
The double bedroom features a white leather bed and a spacious closet for all your needs. The bedroom also has access to one of the two balconies overlooking the lake. The kitchen is equipped with various amenities and appliances: oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator.
The elegant living room is furnished with a sofa bed for two people; it also features a glass table and access to the second balcony, which overlooks the street and the lake. You are welcome to use our two bicycles.
A small garage accessible via a freight elevator is also available.

You will be held responsible for any damage caused to the house.

We had a wonderful stay at Cristina's place in Sirmione. It was around 15 mins walk to the Castle & Sirmione old town, so perfect to explore this area of Lake Garda. The apartment was quiet, calm and a lovely (air-conned) sanctuary with a private (shared) access to the lake to swim, which we really enjoyed. Parking isn't available on-site but you can pay to park at a hotel 5 mins down the road, which was really good for Sirmione (all the other carparks were full).
The apartment was lovely and we stayed for 7 days, I just gave 4/5 stars for cleanliness because we had to rewash some of the dishes and kitchen utensils - other than that, it was well resourced, clean and very pleasant.
I would definitely stay here again, host communication was great and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you Cristina!
