The location is fab. Close to the beach, lake & paddling pool. 10 minute walk to town. Perfect! Lovely cottage.
The house could do with some work especially because of how pricey it is to stay there. It's been slightly let go since we last visited. The bathroom floor is awful as are the stairs. The outside fencing is falling down too. Also, could have done with being a little cleaner, im a cleaner myself so I am fussy but the shelves were dusty & tissues all down the back of the bed wasn't ideal.

This cottage had everything we could want for a few days break away. We loved the location so close to the sea. Communication with the owner was excellent from start to finish.

This is our third visit and everything was okay as regard to how clean the place is and comfortable. Yes the seats are a bit low as other people have mentioned if you’re an older and have trouble bending you may have trouble getting up and down out of the sofa and the chairs.
There’s a downstairs toilet, which is great saves running up the stairs every time you need to go.
Cooking facilities are okay everything you need seems to be there.
The shower in particular is fantastic it’s fully tiled out room with lots of space.
We had an issue that we contacted the owner about and she was absolutely brilliant. She tried her hardest to put the problem right considering she wasn’t in the country at the time.
Great communication and super helpful.
The location is fantastic. Go out of the back gate and you walking around the lake go around the front and within 50 yards you’re staring at the sea cannot fault the location at all.
Plus, there’s on site parking for one Car comfortably. Maybe you could squeeze two in if you’re very careful.
If I was going to mention anything, the garden is not really looked after, and the outside seating has rusted now.
